Local Kung Fu 3

The story resumes a few years after the first film. The trouble-making trio of Dulu, Tansen and Koku have carried on with their mischief and widened it. One of their actions ends up wrecking their old teacher's dream of educating underprivileged children. The film follows the three as they try to put right what they have spoiled, meeting new enemies and new friends on the way.

Local Kung Fu 3 was directed by Kenny Basumatary.

EastMojo rated the film 2 out of 5. The reviewer praised the action as well designed and carried out with passion, but found the writing and storytelling choppy and criticised the writing, execution and direction.

Kenny Basumatary has said a fourth Local Kung Fu film is possible if the team finds a story worthy of it.
