1. The service

Fita is a streaming service for Assamese-language films, available by subscription and, for select titles, pay-per-view. Content is licensed from its rights holders, who receive the majority of revenue.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. One account per household; device and concurrent-stream limits apply. Account holders must be 18+; younger viewers watch age-appropriate content under an adult's account.

3. Billing

Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime, effective at period end. Prices include GST where applicable. Charges are generally non-refundable except where law requires or a fault on our side prevented viewing — write to support@watchfita.com.

4. Acceptable use

No copying, recording, redistributing, or publicly screening content; no circumventing DRM or watermarking; no credential sharing beyond your household. Streams are encrypted and forensically watermarked to your account. Breach may lead to suspension and legal action.

5. Content

Titles are self-classified (U to A) under the IT Rules, 2021, with access controls on "A" titles. Fita hosts content uploaded by verified rights holders and acts as an intermediary; report concerns via the grievance process.

6. Grievances

7. Liability & law

Service provided "as is" to the extent law permits; aggregate liability limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. Governed by Indian law; courts at Guwahati, Assam.
