Pulak Gogoi both directed and produced the film. The principal cast was Bikram Hazarika, Barnali Pujari and Nilay Gupta, with Gun Mahanta, Rajesh Bhuyan and Atul Pachani in supporting roles.
The soundtrack was composed by Atul Medhi, and this was his first film as a music director. Zubeen Garg and Mahalakshmi Iyer sang. The album has seven tracks, including a male and a female version of one song and an instrumental piece. The Bollywood singers Sonu Nigam and Sagarika Mukherjee (sister of Shaan) made their Assamese debuts on this film.
