Antaheen Jatra is a 2004 Assamese film directed by Munna Ahmed, based on a story by Jnanpith laureate Mamoni Raisom Goswami. It was screened at the Calcutta International Film Festival.

Production নিৰ্মাণ

Pranjal Bharali and Chhabi Bharali produced the film under the Gargi Entertainment Co. (Pvt.) Ltd banner. Munna Ahmed directed it, working from a story by Mamoni Raisom Goswami, and Dulal Roy wrote the screenplay. Dr Hitesh Baruah composed the music, with Donee Hazarika handling music arrangement.

The cast included Zerifa Wahid, Nipon Goswami, Bishnu Kharghoria, Tapan Das, Prastuti Parashar, Shantichaya Roy, Atul Pachani, Taufique Rahman, Baharul Islam, Antara Chowdhury and child artiste Gargi, among others. Crew credits include Anindya Kashyap as chief assistant director, Bhaben Bora as production controller and Shivaji Choudhury as editor.

The film was shown at the Calcutta International Film Festival, alongside films from countries including France, Czechoslovakia, China, Portugal, Vietnam, Canada, Norway, Italy and Bangladesh.

Legacy

In Munna Ahmed's filmography, Antaheen Jatra came after Priya Milan (2003) and Aiyei Jonak Biheen Jivan (2003) and was followed by Ochin Chinaki (2010) and Nijanor Gaan (2018).
