Jitul Sonowal is a singer, lyricist, composer and music director in Assamese music who also plays guitar and keyboard. He has released a long list of solo albums, among them Nirbili Godhuli, Pratikkha, Brishti and Xonali. In Assamese cinema he is credited with the music of Hepaah (2003) and Chenai Mur Dhulia (2005).
