Biography জীৱনী
Dipak Sarma (23 August 1968 - 3 November 2025) was an Assamese flautist born in Panigaon, in present-day Nalbari district. He trained under Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia from 1992, held a high-grade artist status with All India Radio Guwahati and performed in 42 countries.
In cinema he composed music for Assamese films including Jonky Panoi, Jatinga Ityadi (2007) and Luitok Bhetibo Kune (2013). Outside films he composed for the Zee TV serials Karm and Wazir, played lead flute in the background score of Kaleidoscope, and played flute on several popular songs by Zubeen Garg. His awards include Best Musician of the Year 2006, the Sangeet Prabha award (2007) and the Azim Hazarika award. He died in Chennai at the age of 57.

চলচ্চিত্ৰত তেওঁ জংকি পানৈ, জাতিঙ্গা ইত্যাদি (২০০৭) আৰু লুইতক ভেটিব কোনে (২০১৩) আদি অসমীয়া ছবিৰ সংগীত পৰিচালনা কৰে। ইয়াৰ উপৰি জী টিভিৰ কৰ্ম আৰু ৱাজিৰ ধাৰাবাহিকৰ সংগীত পৰিচালনা কৰে, কেলেইদোস্কোপৰ আৱহ সংগীতত মুখ্য বাঁহী বজায় আৰু জুবিন গাৰ্গৰ কেইবাটাও জনপ্ৰিয় গানত বাঁহীৰ সুৰ দিয়ে। ২০০৬ চনৰ শ্ৰেষ্ঠ সংগীতকাৰ, ২০০৭ চনৰ সংগীত প্ৰভা বঁটা আৰু আজিম হাজৰিকা বঁটা তেওঁৰ সন্মানসমূহৰ ভিতৰত। ৫৭ বছৰ বয়সত চেন্নাইত তেওঁৰ মৃত্যু হয়।
