Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or by emailing support@watchfita.com. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Amounts already charged for the current period are not refunded on cancellation.

Founding member payments

The ₹49 founding payment covers your first month once billing begins and locks your lifetime founding price. If you change your mind before billing begins, email support@watchfita.com within 30 days of payment for a full refund.

Pay-per-view purchases

Pay-per-view amounts are non-refundable once the title has been played. If you purchased but could not play the title at all due to a fault on our side, we will refund in full.

Failed or duplicate payments

Duplicate charges and payments debited without service being activated are refunded in full. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval, via our payment partner.

How to request

Email support@watchfita.com from your registered email with the payment reference. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 7 days.
